The International Money Transfer Service (‘IMT”) is provided by NIUM Japan kabushiki kaisha (Registration Number : Kanto Local Finance Bureau 00073) (“NIUM”) through the co-branded site with Travelex Japan kabushikikaisha (“Co- Branded Site”).
These terms of use (“the terms”) as amended from time to time, set out the basis on which you may use the co-branded site. and provide important information about the way we provide our services.

By accessing the co-branded site you agree to be legally bound by the terms. You are not allowed to use the co-branded site if you do not fully agree to the terms. The Co-Branded site is owned and operated by NIUM.

The co-branded site and its contents are provided for general information purposes only and nothing on this co-branded site or in its contents is intended to provide legal, data protection compliance or other professional advice. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from reliance on information or materials published on this co- branded site.

The trademarks or logos included on the site may, however, not be reproduced, published, distributed or used in other ways without the prior written consent by the owner of the trademarks or logos.

The co-branded site operator grants you in accordance with these terms a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to access and use the co-branded site and the co-branded site content, provided that you comply fully with these terms. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the co-branded site or disobey any legal requirements.

Whenever you submit information about yourself via the co-branded site, you unambiguously consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information to the co-branded site operator in accordance with specified terms.
